ruїns collective was formed by a group of artists and filmmakers in 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 2019, it has continued as the collaborative art practice of Teta Tsybulnyk and Elias Parvulesco. Working primarily with moving images, they draw on archival research, visual anthropology, media theory, and psychoanalysis. Their works explore landscapes haunted by unconscious mythologies, colonising infrastructures, and more-than-human entanglements.

Initially, ruїns collective operated as an umbrella production platform for a range of collaborative art and film projects. Its contributors included Oleg Isakov, Anton Prykhodko, Kateryna Voznytsia, Viktor Hlon, Stanislav Bytiutskyi, Stanislav Menzelevskyi, Anna Onufrienko, and others.
